SiKol Ltd ("SiKol", "we", "us", "our") is a limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 10952068). We provide consultancy and software services for UK local authorities in the area of social care finance and regulated services.

We collect personal data only when you contact us through our website contact form. The information we may collect includes:

  • Your work email address
  • Your local authority or organisation name
  • The area of interest you select
  • The content of your message

We do not collect any sensitive personal data (such as health, financial or criminal record information) through this website. We do not collect payment card details.

We will not use your contact details to send you marketing communications unless you have given us your explicit consent to do so.

4. How long we keep your data

We retain correspondence from enquiries for up to 24 months from the date of last contact, unless the enquiry leads to an ongoing engagement — in which case we retain it for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards for dispute resolution purposes (typically 6 years, in line with standard contract limitation periods).

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own purposes.

We use the following third-party service to process contact form submissions on our behalf:

Formspree Inc.

Our website contact form is processed by Formspree Inc., a US-based form backend service. When you submit the contact form, your data is transmitted to Formspree's servers and then forwarded to our email address. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf.

Google Fonts

This website loads the Inter typeface from Google's font CDN (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser makes this request, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers. Google may log this as part of their standard server logging. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies and tracking

We do not use any analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any similar tracking technology.

The only cookies that may be set are strictly functional session cookies required for the website to operate correctly. These are not used to track you across other websites.
