Founder & Director
Simon was one of the top Implementation Managers at Oxford Computer Consultants (OCC) before being promoted to Service Manager, where he was responsible for customer support, installations and upgrades, testing and product direction across the ContrOCC platform.
Having personally overseen nearly 100 system configurations, he brings an unmatched depth of practical knowledge to every engagement — knowing not just how systems work, but how to make them work for each unique authority.
Simon's expertise extends beyond ContrOCC to include the Liquidlogic Adults System (LAS) and Civica Cx for regulated services — covering Trading Standards, Housing and Environmental functions. This makes him one of the few consultants in the UK capable of supporting local authorities across both social care finance and regulated services platforms.
Operations Director
Sarah oversees all operational aspects of SiKol, including the management of software products, billing, payments and the day-to-day running of the business.
With responsibility for software product operations, Sarah ensures that deployed solutions such as ReportGate are properly supported, invoiced and maintained — keeping the business running smoothly so the technical and consultancy teams can focus on delivering for clients.
Lead Developer & Systems Admin
Felicity is SiKol's lead software developer and systems administrator, having worked with Simon since the company was founded. She brings multi-language development expertise and deep systems knowledge to every software project.
Responsible for building, deploying and maintaining SiKol's suite of bespoke tools — including ReportGate and the interface conversion software at Sefton Council — Felicity is the technical backbone of the software development arm.
